Return Policy

-Returns are accepted for full refund or exchange.

-Items must be returned within 20 days of original order date. If items are returned after the 20 day mark, items will not be accepted.

-All items must be returned in their original condition. Worn, washed, or stained items will not be accepted. 

-Home + gift items are FINAL SALE.

-Sale items and accessory items are FINAL SALE.

-If you have received an incorrect or damaged item please email shopboutiquelise@gmail.com for further assistance. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Please review our Return Policy to ensure the item meets our return requirements. 
  2. If we are contacted within 20 days, the online return fee of $5.00, in-store returns are free. As of 10/5/23, there are two ways to make a return.
  3. Option One: You can now access self-service returns within your new customer account.
  4. Option Two: Please email shopboutiqueelise@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label via email.
  5. After we receive the item(s) and your return has been processed, you will be notified of your refund (minus the $5.00 return fee) with a confirmation email. 
  6. After 20 day returns are not accepted.

* Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed after we receive them.
