Parking: In downtown Columbus we encourage our customers to park in the Jackson Street parking garage. It's FREE for up to an hour! Once you're on the ground floor of the garage, go thru the garage's smaller opening. You will pass a beautiful mural and walk thru an alley with colorful sculptures. Turn right on Washington Street and Boutique Elise will be on your right! See you soon!

-All orders (US Only) receive flat fee shipping of $6.50.
-Orders of $50.00 or more receive free shipping.
- Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase. We currently use USPS shipping method and arrive within 3-5 business days.
-Returns are accepted for full refund or exchange.
-Items must be returned within 20 days of original order date. If items are returned after the 20 day mark, items will not be accepted.
-All items must be returned in their original condition. Worn, washed, or stained items will not be accepted.
-Sale items and accessory items are FINAL SALE.

2. For items purchased online, please email email@example.com, subject line- RETURN, with your invoice number for a return shipping form.
3. Return shipping costs are on us. We will email a pdf version of the return shipping label to you free of charge.
